Hong Yeo Joo is a popular internet novelist known for her story about a gumiho. When she witnesses Alex, a nail salon owner, saving a woman from an assault, she believes he’s the perfect hero for her story. Determined to gather more material, Yeo Joo disguises herself as a "flower boy" and, with the help of her friend Ji Soo, gets a job at Alex’s nail salon, Paris, which only hires male nail artists.
