The story follows an honest police officer, Meng Shao Fei, who becomes entangled in the dangerous underworld while seeking justice for his mentor’s death. Four years ago, a veteran cop and an elderly gangster were killed in a gunfight. The only survivor, the cold and calculating Tang Yi, is now the new leader of the gang, determined to find the murderer and take revenge.

Obsessed with uncovering the truth, Meng Shao Fei spends his free time tracking Tang Yi, convinced that the gang leader knows more than he lets on. However, their worlds collide when they are both kidnapped and forced to survive together in the harsh wilderness.
