Lee Yoon Sung, a gifted MIT graduate, works in the Blue House’s international communications team. Secretly, he plots revenge against five politicians responsible for his father’s death, guided by his surrogate father, Lee Jin Pyo. In the process, he becomes the vigilante known as "City Hunter."
