The story follows the ghost of a high school girl who died five years ago and a college student with the rare ability to see, hear, and even physically fight ghosts. Struggling to find a well-paying part-time job, he turns his unusual talent into a business, advertising himself as an exorcist for hire with the tagline:
“Will face off with your ghosts. Success rates: virgin ghosts 80%, bachelor ghosts 40%, child ghosts 97%, others 50%.”

One night, while on a job, he encounters a schoolgirl ghost. During the chaotic fight, they accidentally kiss—sparking a connection neither of them expected.
