This is the story of a team of doctors in a newly established EICU, united by their mission to save lives. Despite their differences, they dedicate themselves fully to every patient, fighting to preserve life against all odds.

Xiao Yan, returning from abroad with the pain of losing her fiancé, joins Tongshan Hospital. Though outwardly tough, she is precise and focused in surgery, earning respect through her skill. Bai Zhu, once a proud and distant doctor, begins to change after caring for a terminally ill patient, learning to find hope in the darkest moments.

As they work side by side, Xiao Yan and Bai Zhu gradually break down each other’s walls. Despite clashing at first, they discover a shared dedication and begin to see each other in a new light.
